Aunt Cindy
My aunt Cindy is in the process of losing her fight with Melanoma. She has been so brave and so strong. My beautiful sister-in-law Autumn has done a tribute to her on her art post http://youandmegallery.blogspot.com . Also check beautiful Rosie's blog for some more pix and thoughts. I stole this picture from hers. Its me, Rosie, Cindy and her son Roy. In our younger years of course. We love you Cindy.

I am so sorry to hear about your aunt! Your family is in our prayers. I loved that tribute to her on your sister in laws blog, it was so sweet.
Thank you, Coolie, for posting this about Cindy. Our hearts are broken and every kindness touches us for good. She has been my sister, as well as my close friend. It's a privilege to care for her in her last days, although I continue to wonder how we got to this place. We always thought we'd be old ladies together complaining about the deterioration of society and our eyesight, and laughing about chin hair. I'm also grateful for the tender mercies of the Lord which sustains us all day and all through the night. Thank you to all for your love and prayers.
