Hey, Jason about sleeping on the job. Don't worry about it, i have fell asleep on the floor watching addie before, then i wake up and she is totally in the other room.
Hey--My babysitter does the same thing (as in Will's dad). It's amazing to me how they can sleep through all the noise. Josh will just plunk down on the couch, holding a squirming, crying Will and go to sleep. I don't find this very helpful, though...I told Josh I prefer it when he stays awake while watching the baby; I don't think that's too much to ask:)

I think that's pretty common. Men get so tired easily...I guess they figure the kids will scream if they are needed! Love the zoo picture!
